Assumption of Risk: By participating in our online courses, you understand and accept the risks associated with driving and operating vehicles. You agree that you are responsible for your actions and decisions regarding driving and that you will take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety and the safety of others.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our online driver school and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of any laws or regulations.
By continuing with your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Limited Liability Disclosure. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.

Copyright Violations
Approved National Driving School values the intellectual property rights of others and kindly ask that you do the same. If you believe your work has been reproduced in a way that may violate copyright laws, please get in touch with our Approved National Driving School at 4th St N STE 300 St. Petersburg, FL 33702. Include the following information:
1. An electronic or hard copy of the signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringing.
3. A description of where the infringing material is located on our website.

Copyright Claims

Modifications
Approved National Driving School reserves the right to update, amend, or change this Agreement at our sole discretion. Any changes will automatically take effect when posted. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed about any updates.
That provision will be removed if any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable. Still, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable if they do not make the Agreement meaningless or without value.
Notice of Course Completion Deadline
This notice informs all participants enrolled in Approved National Driving School online courses that they must complete their courses within 180 days of registration. If the course is not finished within this timeframe, your access will be revoked, and you may be removed from our website.
If you need additional time, please get in touch with us at support@approved-nds.com to request an extension before the deadline. Approved National Driving School recommends setting a study schedule and utilizing the available resources to ensure you complete the course on time.
